I bought a matching set of 4 tires and within my 30 day warranty one of the tires had a football size bump come up ( believed to be the threads separating), I took it back and they only replaced the one because β€œI have been driving on them and that’s a lot of miles” since it was close to the 30 days so they wouldn’t do a new set. Today another one did the same thing! I’m out of the warranty time frame now and it’s been a month and a half so biggest waste of $300 here.

They don't even deserve a 1 star. Paid $160 for tires and not only the next day did I have to return to get a plug put in, but I've drove on these tires for 1 week and their balder than the ones they took off. I'm a woman, so I feel they definitely took advantage of that. Even tipped the guy $20 and he didn't even say thank you. The red head heavy set lady is not friendly at all!!! DO NOT give them your business! THEY ARE A HUGE RIP OFF!!!

Needed some tires been to the shop before for my husband's car so didn't hesitate when I needed some for my van. After pulling into the spot the man who service the car was quick. We left within 30 minutes and headed to finish some shopping when we noticed the car was shaking tremendously I told my husband that we need to stop and pull over and find a place to get an alignment. After getting to a different shop and they put my car on the ramp they refuse service due to the fact that two of the tires I received were cracked and split in between the grooves and the other two tires were put on backwards we then had to find another place for 3 hours and ended up buying brand new tires. After calling and telling the shop what happened she refused to refund my money saying that because we left and had someone else take the tires off that our warranty was no longer good. Which is completely BS because we were never told anything other than if we had any problems to bring the tires back and as long as we had the card there won't be no issue. But there was an issue they now decided that the tires would had to be on my car in order for me to receive my money back. Technically I could not dri

Sold me a set of 4 bf Goodrich KO's. Not the KO2, not the KO3, the original KO's. Their from the 90s. I didn't do my due diligence, and I was in a tight spot, but they sold me 30 YEAR OLD TIRES FOR $400! They're quick to shoot down concerns and tell you you don't know anything to scam you.
